💳 Booking and Payment
- Payment via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer
- Upload proof of payment within 30 minutes
- Booking confirmed within 24 hours
- No platform fees charged to customers
🏟 Venue Rules
- Arrive on time for your booking
- Follow all venue policies and house rules
- Damages to venue property will be charged accordingly
🔄 Cancellation Policy
- No refunds after payment has been made
- One-time reschedule is allowed per booking
- Reschedule request must be made at least 2 hours before
💰 Refund Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of the booking for review.
